Responsibilities: * Receive and interpret budget requests, evaluating all technical information (format, colors, print run, finishing, paper type, etc.). * Calculate direct and indirect production costs (raw materials, labor, internal processes, and outsourced services). * Prepare detailed commercial proposals, including prices, delivery times, and production terms. * Define the best production process (offset, digital, rotary, etc.) according to the type and volume of work. * Consult suppliers for quotes on materials and external services (paper, finishes, transportation, etc.). * Maintain and update budget spreadsheets or systems (ERP, Excel, or specific graphic software). * Monitor feedback from submitted budgets and support the sales team in technical negotiations. * Maintain constant communication with production and production control (PCP), ensuring technical feasibility and appropriate deadlines. * Review and validate specifications before issuing the Production Order (O.P.). * Contribute to pricing and updating cost and margin tables. Requirements: * Previous experience as an estimator or in related areas (technical sales, PCP, or graphic production). * Knowledge of printing processes (offset, digital, screen printing, etc.) and finishing techniques. * Ability to read files and understand layouts and proofs. * Proficiency in Excel and/or graphic management systems. * Attention to detail, logical reasoning, and efficiency in execution. * Good communication and relationship skills with clients and internal teams.
