Job Summary: This professional will assist masons in various civil construction and building maintenance activities, including demolitions, surface preparation, and material handling, while ensuring safety and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support in demolitions, trench backfilling, and site cleanup. 2. Mortar preparation and surface preparation for painting and cladding. 3. Commitment to safety, organization, and maintenance of the work environment. Working Hours: To be agreed upon Location: São Caetano do Sul/SP **Responsibilities:** * Assist masons in executing demolitions of masonry and structural elements, including debris removal and disposal. Perform trench excavation and backfilling, masonry and flooring cutting, and site area cleaning. * Transport materials, tools, and debris using hand carts and appropriate equipment. Prepare mortar for various purposes, such as wall construction, foundations, concrete work, plastering, and laying floors, tiles, and other cladding materials. * Assist in general building maintenance tasks, including land clearing, sewer cleaning, gutter cleaning, and external area maintenance. Support masons in diverse construction and repair activities. * Prepare surfaces for painting, performing corrections such as hole filling and wall leveling. Assist plumbers in activities including wall opening, foundation excavation, and support for hydraulic installations. * Operate concrete mixers and other equipment required to carry out assigned tasks. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper condition of equipment, tools, materials, and the worksite. * Ensure individual and collective safety by correctly using personal protective equipment (PPE) during all tasks. **Requirements:** * Organization; responsibility; willingness to perform operational tasks; teamwork; attention to instructions; discipline; commitment to safety. **Skills:** * Mortar preparation; assistance in masonry work; use of hand tools and concrete mixers; material handling; surface preparation; basic knowledge of civil construction; application of safety standards. **Desirable:** * Between 1 and 3 years of experience in civil construction or building maintenance.
