This professional will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of facilities, equipment, and infrastructure, guaranteeing quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines. **Main Responsibilities** Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance services Lead and guide the maintenance team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance outcomes Manage maintenance schedules, deadlines, and priorities Monitor and inspect electrical, hydraulic, and civil construction works Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and internal procedural standards Maintain and ensure full operational functionality of company areas and facilities Required Professional Experience Proven experience in building, electrical, hydraulic, and civil maintenance Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance Experience in leading or coordinating maintenance teams Experience overseeing services performed by internal or third-party teams **Mandatory Requirements** High school diploma completed Knowledge of maintenance activity planning and control Familiarity with occupational safety regulations Availability to work Monday through Saturday Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
