




Production Operator I Position Description: The professional will carry out the stages of the production process, ensuring that weighing, mixing, filling, and material handling operations are performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with production order specifications. Responsible for maintaining product quality and workplace organization, strictly adhering to safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices. Responsibilities: * Perform precise weighing of raw materials, following quantities specified in production orders. * Prepare and operate mixers for chemical product manufacturing, controlling process time and temperature. * Carry out filling of finished products into their designated packaging, performing visual and weight quality control during the process. * Clean and sanitize equipment, tanks, and utensils used in production. * Assist in receiving and storing raw materials and supplies. * Operate forklifts to move pallets, raw materials, and finished products within the factory. * Participate in physical inventory counts of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods. * Maintain a clean and organized production area, applying the 5S principles. Requirements: * Prior experience in chemical industry production processes. * NR 11 Certification – Forklift Operation (mandatory). * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Attention to detail and adherence to safety regulations. * Ability to work in a team and demonstrate proactivity. * Organizational skills and accountability.
