Requisition ID: 74021 Date: May 15, 2026 Location: Diadema, São Paulo, BR Department: Supply Chain Description: #### **Job Summary** Our Logistics team is seeking a **Production Operator I** to work in the **shipping department** of our **São Bernardo do Campo** facility. In this role, you will receive finished products manufactured locally or imported; perform receiving, verification, quantity control, storage, and distribution of materials; and handle internal form completion, as well as vehicle loading and unloading. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Palletize materials and store products on shelves to facilitate location, identification, and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) control. * Operate forklifts, always considering the volumes and quantities indicated on invoices, transporting and placing materials under supervision. * Physically verify received or outgoing materials, checking items, quantities, prices, and payment terms as specified on the invoice and/or purchase request. * Organize inventories, keeping them up to date to facilitate material location, distribution, and shipping. * Enter product receipt and dispatch documents into the inventory control system to support information reporting to Accounting. * Verify invoices. * Maintain confidentiality of information under your responsibility. * Ensure proper maintenance and integrity of equipment and tools under your responsibility, and report any abnormalities to supervisors. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace. * Ensure workplace safety. * Understand and comply with the requirements of the Quality Policy. * Observe, comply with, and enforce internal safety regulations. * Observe, comply with, and enforce functional responsibilities described in area-specific Procedures and Work Instructions. * Observe, comply with, and enforce standards and regulations outlined in the company's Code of Business Conduct. * Conduct periodic and annual inventory counts to ensure alignment between physical and accounting inventory levels. * Consult accounting inventory records via the system. * Operate forklifts as required. **Education** ------------ * Completed high school education * Forklift and pallet jack operator certification * Preferred: Technical degree in Logistics or related field **Experience, Knowledge, and Skills** -------------------------------------------- * Prior experience as a Logistics Operator in manufacturing or logistics companies * Knowledge of forklift and pallet jack operation * Attention to detail, safety awareness, and proactivity **Additional Requirements** ---------------------------- * Work location: São Bernardo do Campo/SP
