Responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and managing food and supply inventory, ensuring proper product preservation and compliance with sanitary regulations.

**Job Description:**
Responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, organizing, and managing inventory of food, supplies, and materials—ensuring correct product preservation, compliance with sanitary regulations, and support to kitchen operations.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Receive, inspect, and store goods according to invoices and company standards;
* Organize inventory (dry, refrigerated, and frozen) following expiration date, batch, and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles;
* Manage inventory inflow and outflow;
* Support the preparation and separation of supplies for production;
* Maintain a clean, organized, and clearly labeled inventory;
* Report shortages, overages, or product irregularities;
* Comply with hygiene, food safety, and good manufacturing practices;
* Assist in periodic inventory counts.
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education;
* Prior experience as a warehouse clerk (mandatory);
* Basic knowledge of inventory organization and food shelf-life management;
* Attention to detail, responsibility, and organizational skills;
* Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in industrial kitchens or collective meal services;
* Knowledge of food handling best practices.
Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
