Collaborate with departments to monitor KPIs and action plans SANTOS Brazil Administration **Job Description \- External Recruitment** **Job Mission** Support the Roadway Receiving department’s activities, contributing to the monitoring of operational KPIs, performance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives, aiming to optimize truck receiving and unloading flow and enhance logistical operations efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the development, updating, and analysis of performance indicators (KPIs) for Roadway Receiving operations; * Monitor operational performance of receiving and dispatching processes (inbound and outbound), identifying improvement opportunities; * Assist in continuous improvement projects focused on optimizing traffic flow, truck scheduling, and unloading; * Develop reports, presentations, and supporting materials to track departmental results; * Support operational data analysis, contributing to identification of bottlenecks and opportunities to increase efficiency; * Collaborate with various operational departments to monitor KPIs, processes, and action plans. **Requirements** **Education** * Pursuing a degree in Production Engineering. **Technical Skills** * Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Excel); * Power BI knowledge; * Canva knowledge. **\#IncludingYou** Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are pillars of ADM’s efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering exceptional performance.
