Our purpose is to empower Brazilian companies to import intelligently and autonomously, breaking down barriers and transforming small business owners into professional importers. **What We Expect From You** We are seeking an **Import Procurement Assistant** to join our team. We seek an organized and analytical individual to optimize deliveries and supplier negotiations, acting as a liaison between internal departments and partner service providers. We desire a proactive profile focused on results and eager to learn, who wishes to grow within a collaborative and challenging environment. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields * Familiarity with import processes * Knowledge of international shipping documentation (proforma invoice, packing list, etc.) * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Intermediate English (reading and writing) * Ability to work with performance metrics * Basic knowledge of management tools (Monday, Trello, Taskboards, etc.) * Organized, analytical, and proactive profile * Availability for 100% in-person work in Santos/SP **Nice-to-Have** * Prior experience in international negotiation * Practical experience in import routines * Complementary courses, certifications, or training in the field * Experience in cost analysis and projection **Your Responsibilities** * Manage deadlines and collaborate with other departments for cost estimates * Negotiate with suppliers indicated by the client * Verify supplier information and credentials on Alibaba.com * Ensure accuracy and organization of data in internal spreadsheets * Verify integrity of information before transmission * Perform cost simulations and projections * Prepare scenario analyses for presentation to the Commercial team * Monitor processes and follow up with the Cost Projection team * Prepare documents and spreadsheets to initiate imports **Location and Work Model** Our team operates under a 100% in-person model at our office in Santos/SP.
