Manage the team, drive continuous process improvement, and maintain strategic interfaces with internal departments. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the team responsible for termination processes * Ensure accurate execution of high-volume termination calculations * Guarantee compliance with legal deadlines and internal policies * Validate and monitor departmental KPIs (timeliness, quality, rework, SLA) * Standardize and continuously improve termination processes * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements * Support and conduct internal and external audits * Serve as the focal point for complex and exceptional matters * Interface with departments such as Legal, Finance, HR, and operational units * Manage labor-related risks associated with separation processes * Develop and train the team **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields * Solid experience in Personnel Department routines, with emphasis on terminations * Prior experience in team leadership * Advanced knowledge of labor legislation * Experience handling complex and high-volume termination calculations * Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency * Experience with payroll systems / ERP **Job Benefits:** * Meal Allowance * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Benefits Club – Partnerships with educational institutions * Corporate University – Exclusive training platform * Gympass – Gym membership program * “Our Care” Program – Psychological, financial, and legal counseling * Life Insurance Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
