Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing cash transactions, and actively promoting the store's financial products and services. Promotion of financial products and offers **WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE** * **Provide exceptional customer service**, operating the point-of-sale terminal efficiently by using barcode scanners or manually entering product codes. * **Be responsible for the daily closing of the sales terminal**, accurately counting received amounts across various payment methods and reconciling them with sales records, identifying and investigating any discrepancies. * **Process payments** in cash, credit or debit cards, ensuring purchase settlements and issuing corresponding purchase receipts to customers. * **Conduct meticulous verification of product codes and labels**, requesting the cashier supervisor’s presence in cases of disagreement with customers, thereby ensuring transparency in transactions. * **Handle opening and closing of the cash register**, serving customers promptly and accurately, recording their purchases and collecting corresponding payments. * **Actively promote at the cash register** the store's credit program, store card, insurance, loans, protected bag, PCJ, and daily offers. * **Actively participate in the credit program**, attracting new customers and issuing credit proposals for analysis, as well as promoting current promotional campaigns.
