Apply now » Let's create impact beyond tomorrow **What awaits you** Krones do Brasil Ltda. is seeking a professional for the LCS Project Coordination area, who will be responsible for clarifying the technical scope with the customer, and managing time, cost, risk, and quality—all aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction. * Fully comply with company policies and guidelines regarding Health, Safety, and Environmental Management. * Clarify material scope with Krones’ technical team; verify technical requirements and project information to generate documentation for all involved parties. * Estimate and calculate service scope. * Monitor manufacturing and supply of material scope—both domestic and imported. * Develop the project schedule, assess risks, and define the communication plan to ensure internal and external expectations are met. * Coordinate allocation of internal and subcontracted resources. * Monitor project execution until closure. * Track project KPIs and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders. * Coordinate project payment events. * Control scope changes and deviations, outstanding items, demand results, and challenge involved personnel to ensure project delivery. * Monitor and control project performance throughout its lifecycle, ensuring financial reconciliation with required quality standards. * Conduct final evaluation of project outcomes and lessons learned to improve future projects. * Work on medium-to-high complexity projects, performing supervised activities and participating in training for technical and professional development. Your Profile **You contribute with** Education and Qualification Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Control and Automation), or related fields is preferred. * Intermediate English and Spanish proficiency is preferred; German knowledge is considered an advantage. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is preferred. Behavioral and Technical Skills * Motivated and results-driven, with strong communication skills, logical reasoning, and integrity. * Proactive, creative, and agile in solving problems and handling unforeseen situations. * Team-oriented with good interpersonal relationships and flexibility. * Organized, committed, and reliable, with systemic thinking and deadline focus. * Willingness to learn and grow, demonstrating initiative and interest in developing within Krones. * Familiarity with interpretation of electrical and pneumatic schematics, mechanical technical drawings, scaled and dimensioned layouts, technical manuals, machine parameter tables, and devices is preferred. * Knowledge of computer systems (Windows OS, Microsoft Office suite, MS\-Project) is preferred. * Occasional availability for national and international travel, as well as overtime work.
