Global, dynamic, and challenging work environment **Job Category** ================ Interns \& Co\-Ops**Position Summary** ==================== Internship to support the Product Development Engineering team.**Responsibilities** ==================== * Support operational activities of the ATC\-LAS Consumer team; * Support New Product Development for any products manufactured at the BSBR\-Bahia or BSAR plants, to be commercialized in LAS markets; * Communicate with various business units—especially Sales and Marketing teams—to assist in developing business plans for new products, product enhancements, or market expansion; * Analyze requests from BSBR\-Bahia and BSAR regarding product changes and process optimization, supporting improvements in productivity levels; * Support field testing activities and coordination with Manufacturing teams.
