Prepare the site for scaffolding assembly by removing obstacles and leveling uneven ground; Assemble and disassemble scaffolding and swing stage equipment according to the assembly supervisor's instructions; Monitor and provide support for all field team requirements; Ensure correct installation of equipment; Thread steel cables through the traction box, fall arresters, and wind excess cable onto reels; Test accessories such as clamps, braces, and base plates for proper operation; Collect unused or dismantled components and store them in the location designated by the supervisor for immediate removal; Ensure personal and team safety; Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE) when performing tasks; **Requirements:** Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety, NR 35, NR 18, and NR 06 training. Minimum of 06 months of experience in operational roles as an assembly assistant. **Education:** High school diploma Availability to work on weekends Availability for travel Scaffolding Assembler course is desirable Desirable driver's license (Category B) Positions available at SÃO PAULO AND BELO HORIZONTE locations.
