Job Summary: A professional responsible for cleaning, demolition, installations, material delivery, asset maintenance, and management support, aiming at continuous process improvement. Teamwork and communication * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM **Responsibilities:** Site cleaning; Demolition; Waterproofing; Installations; Material delivery; Reporting; Tools and assets (maintain cars and tools used in the department—ensuring their organization and cleanliness to guarantee proper preservation and maintenance of vehicles and other departmental tools); Support: Provide management support whenever required or upon request from senior management, aiming to sustain continuous process improvement. **Education and Qualifications:** Completed high school education; Relevant work experience; Basic knowledge of electrical systems is desirable; Valid driver's license; Punctuality; Organization; Teamwork; Responsibility; Dynamism; Communication skills.
