Black Box Brazil is seeking an Installation Technician to join its team in SCS. The professional will be responsible for managing electronic security systems, including access control and IP-based CCTV, at both software and hardware levels. Responsibilities will include operations, predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance, as well as technical support during installation and repair of these systems. If you are a technician in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields, and seek a dynamic, technology-driven work environment, join our team! **Responsibilities:** * Install, maintain, and configure electronic security systems such as access control and IP-based CCTV. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electronic security systems to ensure continuous, fault-free operation. * Configure hardware and software, including servers, client stations, and communication networks. * Conduct communication testing, configuring and adjusting TCP/IP systems and computer networks. * Assist in installing and maintaining cabling infrastructure, connectors, and security devices. * Manage spare parts inventory, tracking equipment and materials used. * Provide technical support to internal and external customers, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction. * Comply with safety regulations (NR-10, NR-33, NR-35) and operational procedures while performing tasks. **Requirements:** * Technical education in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electroelectronics, Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields is preferred. * Basic knowledge of electronics, including AC/DC voltage, DC current, NO/NC contacts, optical and magnetic sensors, and multimeter usage. * Fundamental understanding of computer networks (network types, cabling, connectorization, communication testing, TCP/IP configuration). * Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems, including software and driver installation, and hardware configuration. * Experience installing and maintaining infrastructure, including use of tools such as drills and screwdrivers. * Certification in NR-10, NR-33, and NR-35 is preferred. **Benefits:** * Health and dental insurance. * Transportation allowance (VT). * Meal and food allowances (VR/VA). * Life insurance. * Partnerships with English and Spanish language schools. * TotalPass. * Sesc. * Onhappy.
