RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES* Handle customer requests for software and hardware maintenance, including applications, programs, systems, and telephony, responding to technical tickets from various areas to meet customer needs, either on-site or remotely; * Provide technical support to users by creating and deleting email accounts, managing access, configuring and adjusting profiles, maintaining workstations, and resolving issues, aiming to ensure system availability and performance; * Configure WiFi, Ubiquiti devices, and switches at client sites, including their software; * Perform preventive and corrective hardware and infrastructure maintenance according to contractual schedules or service tickets, cleaning components and parts, replacing power supplies and hard drives, installing network points, testing completed services, and releasing them for use; * Install and configure printers, scanners, webcams, routers, and general peripherals, as well as operating systems, test the implemented service, provide user guidance on tool usage, and release for operation; * Support the identification of difficulties and resolution of hardware and software incidents and problems, involving equipment assembly, repair, and configuration; * Perform internal tasks when necessary through ticket handling; * Complete service orders within the system clearly and completely; * Keep documentation related to internal technological equipment updated for fixed asset control purposes, updating lists as needed to monitor changes in the technology infrastructure; * Open tickets in Optec's internal system and report all relevant information about the service provided; * Maintain a broad field perspective, bringing improvement ideas.
