Your day-to-day responsibilities: You will contact clients via telephone, email, and WhatsApp, focusing on negotiating and recovering amounts related to long-overdue instruments belonging to the loss portfolio. Your role will require a strategic approach, consistent argumentation, and a results-driven mindset, directly contributing to increased effectiveness in recoveries. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments in a dynamic, performance-oriented environment focused on delivering value to clients.
