Job Summary: Responsible for managing Human Resources processes, supporting managers and employees, and handling labor and administrative routines. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support in terminal HR management 2. Employee assistance and clarification of inquiries 3. Contract management and support in union negotiations Responsible for carrying out HR-related processes for the terminal, as well as supporting terminal managers on HR-related topics. **Responsibilities and Duties** Management and control of electronic timekeeping and vacation scheduling; Payroll registration and inclusion/exclusion of benefits; Providing employee assistance and clarifying employee inquiries, as well as responding to labor inspections and regulatory authorities; Conducting exit interviews for former employees; Maintaining HR document archives; Supporting all activities related to the Human Resources area; Supporting union negotiations; Collecting and monitoring general departmental data; Participating in hearings and selecting, organizing, and preparing documents for labor proceedings; Supporting responses to labor inspections, regulatory agencies, and other oversight bodies; Managing contracts for the department and apprentice programs.
