This role serves as a technical reference, bridging strategy, technology, and business, ensuring excellence in modeling, sound analytical engineering practices, scalability, and measurable impact. Responsibilities * Serve as a technical reference in developing data solutions (Machine Learning, advanced statistics, and AI). * Lead data projects end\-to\-end—from conception through production implementation. * Ensure adherence to analytical engineering best practices, MLOps, and model governance. * Develop and optimize Machine Learning models with emphasis on performance, interpretability, and scalability. * Ensure continuous monitoring, maintenance, and evolution of production models. * Translate business problems into analytical hypotheses and robust solutions. * Support strategic decisions through analysis, experimentation, and impact measurement. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, engineering, product) to build solutions. * Communicate complex results clearly to both technical and executive audiences. * Assess technical feasibility, ROI, and risks of data-driven initiatives. * Mentor junior professionals technically, contributing to team growth. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields. * Proficiency in Python (or R) and data/ML libraries. * Hands-on experience across the full model lifecycle (exploration, training, validation, and deployment). * Practical experience developing on Databricks (notebooks, jobs/workflows, and/or Databricks SQL). * Solid experience developing Machine Learning models and performing data analysis. * Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). **Additional Information** -------------------------- Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
