Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for monitoring the entry and exit of personnel and vehicles, safeguarding assets, and forwarding mail and packages, ensuring site security and organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitoring of personnel and vehicle entry and exit 2. Asset control and security 3. Management of mail and packages Monitor the entry and exit of personnel, observing their movement in the main entrance lobby, elevator lobbies, courtyards, building corridors, and garage. Monitor and safeguard assets by controlling personnel and vehicle entry and exit within the premises via internal surveillance systems, reporting any anomalies and taking appropriate measures to ensure site security. Attempt to prevent suspicious individuals from entering. Direct other individuals to their requested destinations. Handle general correspondence and small-sized packages sent to building occupants, receiving them and delivering them to the intended recipients to prevent loss or other undesirable incidents. Requirements: Completed high school education. Prior experience in performing these duties is desirable, including: Experience in screening vehicles and pedestrians, identifying visitors, registering service providers, and managing delivery and receipt protocols for goods. Basic computer skills (user level). Experience in residential and commercial condominiums is desirable.
