Job Summary: An IT professional responsible for managing tickets, assets, infrastructure, backups, mentoring interns, and optimizing internal processes with a focus on productivity. Infrastructure Management and Maintenance **MISSION:** * **Ticket Management**: operate and optimize the ticketing system to ensure Lead Time and Cycle Time meet established SLAs; * **Asset Management**: maintain hardware inventory and software license tracking to prevent resource waste or operational downtime due to non-compliance; * **Monitor infrastructure health dashboards** to identify bottlenecks before they cause production outages (Zero Downtime); * **Backup and Recovery**: implement and manage backup routines (ensuring data security and business continuity in case of failure); * **Intern Supervision**: serve as the technical mentor for IT interns, delegating tasks according to competence level and auditing delivery quality (mentoring); * **Internal Process Optimization**, freeing up time for higher-value activities; * **User Interface**: understand technological challenges faced by other departments and propose solutions that enhance overall productivity. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Networks, or Computer Science; * Knowledge of **Cloud Environments** (EC2, VPC), **Linux Environments**, and support for **ERP Systems (Protheus)**; * **Desktop, notebook, and network asset maintenance and diagnostics**. **PREFERRED:** * Educator/mentor profile **BENEFITS:** * On-site cafeteria; * Transportation allowance; * Medical and dental insurance; * Partnership with SESI; * Totalpass Gym; * Life insurance; * Growth opportunities.
