**Position Objective** Engage in the development, maintenance, evolution, and governance of the CLM Legal System and controllership systems, ensuring alignment with business needs, the Legal department's technology strategy, and industry best practices. **Requirements** Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields Technical Knowledge: .NET, databases, integrations Methodologies: Scrum, Kanban Languages: Technical English Desirable Certifications (Scrum, ITIL, etc.) **General Responsibilities** Act as a liaison between the Legal department's contracts and controllership teams and the technology team, identifying and proposing feasible and aligned solutions; Create dashboards, reports, and Power BI visualizations through data analysis/mapping/processing from software to provide internal visibility into key metrics; Participate in defining requirements, process modeling, system implementation, and testing; Analyze and monitor the lifecycle of systems and applications, ensuring continuous improvement; Ensure compliance with internal information security, quality, compliance, and governance standards; Support integration among group systems, as well as provide internal training support and user support, or redirect requests to the software vendor when outside of direct responsibility; Participate in software contract management, focusing on quality, SLAs, and costs; Prepare technical and functional documentation for systems under responsibility. **Responsibilities** Provide technical support for significant projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and, when necessary, with international stakeholders; Contribute to identifying risks and impacts of system changes, suggesting appropriate practices in coordination with area leaders; Assist in preparing technological feasibility studies, considering cost, benefits, and alignment with business requirements; Maintain solid knowledge of company processes, methodologies, systems, and IT environment needs, sharing best practices with colleagues and related departments whenever necessary; Identify process improvement opportunities and propose viable, sustainable technological alternatives under senior team guidance; Participate in discussions about system evolution, contributing suggestions for medium-term planning; Assist in evaluating vendors and monitoring their performance, reporting deviations and proposing improvements based on agreed indicators. **Behavioral Competencies** Systemic thinking and results focus; Ability to communicate and influence across different hierarchical levels; Proactivity in problem solving; Collaboration and teamwork in multidisciplinary environments; Organization and time/budget management; Adaptability to complex and multicultural environments. **Differentiators** Experience in highways, logistics, or supply chain sectors; Prior experience in multinational and regulated environments; Familiarity with CLMA Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2,056.24 - R$7,110.38 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
