We seek an organized, attentive, and committed professional with experience in team management and monitoring of field activities in civil construction projects. **Responsibilities:** * Perform **daily attendance and productivity control** of site workers; * Monitor and record **service execution**, reporting activity progress to management; * Carry out **hour registrations, measurements, and production logging**; * Support the organization of **teams, materials, and equipment**; * Assist in communication between field and office, ensuring proper information flow; * Comply with company **safety regulations and internal procedures**. **Requirements:** * **Proven experience** as a Construction Site Logger or in administrative field roles within civil construction; * Knowledge of **logging routines, production control, and attendance tracking**; * Basic proficiency in spreadsheets and manual recordkeeping; * Preferably residing in **Guarulhos** or nearby regions. **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Market-competitive salary**; * **Medical and dental assistance**; * **On-site meals** (breakfast and lunch); * **Transportation allowance**, entitling up to **four daily trips** (two for commuting to work and two for returning home). **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Thursday:** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * **Friday:** 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.518,00 – R$3.617,73 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
