We are seeking a Machine Operator to join the Strategic Maintenance area, dedicated to preventive and corrective maintenance, operating various vehicles and heavy equipment.

We seek a **Machine Operator** to join the Strategic Maintenance area and become part of the rapid-response team—a group dedicated to preventive and corrective maintenance with a focus on fast and efficient service.
**Available Shifts:** Morning (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.) and Night (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.)
**Work Schedule:** Marshal
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Drive medium- and heavy-duty trucks (truck, bi\-truck, and tractor), coupling and uncoupling trailers and flatbeds, following pre-established routes.
* Plan trip itineraries, supervise and guide loading/unloading operations, and secure and signal cargo.
* Inspect vehicle and cargo throughout the entire journey, assuming responsibility for their safety.
* Operate automotive equipment such as hydraulic excavators, backhoe loaders, mini excavators, high-capacity cranes, cranes, tipping buckets, and others for trench excavation and backfilling, transportation, lifting, stacking, loading, and unloading of materials and other tasks.
* Monitor the condition of vehicles, machines, and equipment, performing appropriate operational maintenance.
* Operate hydraulic equipment attached to vehicles.
* Verify, receive, and deliver materials and equipment.
* Perform operational maintenance, verifying proper functioning of vehicles.
* Report any incidents involving the vehicle or cargo.
* Carry out other related activities.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education
* Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category D) required
* Experience driving medium- and heavy-duty trucks (truck, bi\-truck, tractor, trailer, and flatbed)
* Experience operating heavy machinery and equipment, such as hydraulic excavators, backhoe loaders, mini excavators, truck-mounted cranes (Munck), cranes, and tipping buckets
* Knowledge of cargo signaling, loading, unloading, and transportation
* Basic knowledge of vehicle and equipment mechanics and operational maintenance
* Familiarity with occupational safety, defensive driving, and cargo handling.
