Job Summary: Responsible for the design, assembly, and fault diagnosis of mechanical seals using CAD software and managing technical documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Design and representation of mechanical seals 2. Preparation of dimensional and assembly drawings (CAD) 3. Fault diagnosis and product structure management The incumbent is responsible for designing and representing a mechanical seal component. Possesses knowledge of seal assembly based on assembly drawings. Is familiar with basic Brayton models and is capable of preparing the application questionnaire, as well as performing fault diagnostics for mechanical seals. **Understand** guidelines, fundamental policies, technical standards, and work methods **through** comprehension of their scope and application within the area and/or relevant stakeholders via formal training or research in documents, articles, and other reference sources. **Prepare** preliminary dimensional drawings for mechanical seals upon internal requests **through** application of computational methods such as GSTAR and AutoCAD-compatible software. **Prepare** assembly drawings **through** CAD upon internal requests and after internal discussions and reviews of the RAF drawing. **Generate** drawing codes and complete the assembly drawing registration table **through** data entry / update in the Onee software. **Complete** the product application form **through** data from the manufacturing order and the customer-approved quotation. **Maintain** the product structure database in the system **through** data entry / update in the Onee World system. **Produce** detailed, component, and assembly drawings **through** GSTAR software, generating PDF-format drawings for inclusion in the Onee system and to support continuation of the component production process. **Organize** paper copies of drawings into appropriate folders for archival purposes, enabling easy information retrieval whenever required. **Participate** in daily meetings to establish purchasing and production priorities **through** analysis and discussion of open manufacturing orders, customer priorities, and availability of human and material resources.
