We combine technology, innovation, and professional training to deliver high-quality solutions and continuous development. **Position Description** The professional will be responsible for coordinating the Systems team, structuring work plans, defining responsibilities and service levels, as well as supervising the development, maintenance, and support of all company systems. Will act as a liaison between the IT department and business areas, ensuring delivery of quality solutions within established deadlines and budgets, while promoting continuous process improvement. **Main Responsibilities** * Structure and approve, together with IT Management, work plans, annual budget, and team performance indicators; * Plan, organize, and monitor operations, deadlines, activities, and processes, assigning tasks according to technical profiles and team development plans; * Supervise the implementation, maintenance, development, and support of systems and software, ensuring quality, information security, and SLA compliance; * Identify improvements in area processes, practices, and indicators, driving innovation and efficiency initiatives; * Escalate high-risk issues to IT Management, ensuring agile and effective solutions; * Support business areas with IT demands by providing technical and operational support; * Lead team selection, training, and development processes, promoting engagement, talent retention, and alignment with company culture; * Manage system documentation, manuals, user registration, access rights, and profiles; * Communicate IT results, goals, and best practices, fostering integration among teams, business areas, and leadership; * Ensure the team follows governance standards and methodologies, systemic architecture, ITIL, and COBIT, aligned with company strategies. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology; * Solid experience in leadership roles managing multidisciplinary teams; * Experience in managing and/or developing ERP SAP systems or related platforms; * Knowledge of ERP systems, Senior HCM, ITSM, RPA, and systemic architecture (integrations). **Desirable** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Information Technology or related fields; * Advanced English and Spanish language skills; * Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, and project management. **Behavioral Competencies** * Inspirational and motivating leadership; * Teamwork and assertive communication; * Organization, discipline, and results orientation; * Ability to engage and develop talent, promoting a culture of continuous learning. **Job Benefits** On-site meal Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Benefits Club – Partnerships with educational institutions Corporate University – Exclusive training platform Gympass – Gym partnership nationwide ‍‍ "Nosso Cuidar" Program – Psychological, financial, and legal counseling ‍‍ Life Insurance **Location and Work Schedule** Santo André/SP Monday to Friday, from 8am to 6pm \| 100% In-person Important: If you work with passion, transparency, flexibility, and enjoy challenges, Verzani \& Sandrini might be the right place for you!
