We seek someone with strong analytical ability, collaborative mindset, and skills to manage incidents, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support the technological evolution of operations. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Lead 24x7 IT operations, ensuring stability, performance, and resolution of critical incidents. * Conduct war rooms, support root cause analysis, and track preventive and corrective actions. * Collaborate with Infrastructure, Networking, SRE, Security, Helpdesk, DBA, and Data teams, providing technical support and guidance. * Partner with agile squads, organizing requests, ceremonies, and priorities. * Manage change and deployment processes with emphasis on quality and security. * Support audits, certifications, RFPs, and updates to policies and documentation. * Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and executive reporting. * Manage vendors, contracts, and service-level agreements. * Support cost management (cloud and on-premises), capacity planning, and ROI analysis. * Advance IaC practices (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipelines. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields. * Proven experience in infrastructure, networking, cloud, or security (minimum 8 years). * Prior technical leadership experience (minimum 5 years). * Experience operating in critical environments and managing incidents. * Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), observability, and automation. * Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence. * Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC2, LGPD, and SRE best practices. * Knowledge of ITIL/COBIT and service governance. * Experience managing vendors and contracts. **Competencies** ---------------- * Collaborative leadership and people development. * Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences. * Sense of urgency and strong performance under pressure. * Systemic thinking and business-impact focus. * Adaptability and openness to innovation. * Organization and management of multiple priorities. **Work Model** ---------------------- **Hybrid — 3 days onsite in São Caetano do Sul (SP)
