Job Summary:
Sales promoter responsible for tasting activities, product placement, store relationship management, and opportunity identification at the point of sale (POS).

As a Sales Promoter, your main responsibilities will be:
Your responsibilities at the POS:
Conduct tasting activities, converting sales approaches.
Follow the assigned route/system.
Ensure correct product placement (planogram), presentation (cleanliness and maintenance), and pricing.
Interface with store managers and staff, respecting their coexistence rules and operational guidelines.
Identify opportunities within the POS to secure additional shelf space and extra display points.
Monitor and collect POS data: pricing, stockouts, product placement, negotiated actions with the store’s headquarters, market share, and extra display points.
Monitor competitor activities.
Set up promotional packs and temporary in-store promotions.
Interact with store managers and staff.
Profile \- Demonstrator experience; prior work in perfumery or pharmacy.
Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
Working Hours \- Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1 hour 15 minutes break).

* Monday to Friday \- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM;
* Saturday \- 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM; (Variable)
Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
