In this role, you will be responsible for: * Supervising and leading strategic and operational projects aimed at process evolution and operational performance. * Ensuring alignment among corporate objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables. * Facilitating integration across internal and external areas, including operations, quality, after-sales, suppliers, and partners. * Monitoring KPIs, identifying risks, and proposing continuous improvements. * Structuring and monitoring action plans, ensuring efficient project execution. * Promoting standardization of workflows and operational practices. * Analyzing results and leading training initiatives to sustain change and elevate operational maturity. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in supervision, coordination, or project management within the automotive industry. * Experience in high-operational-demand environments with multi-functional interfaces and a results focus. * Experience in warranty, after-sales, technical assistance, quality, and continuous improvement processes. * Experience in process standardization and support to dealer networks or operations. * Solid experience in planning, monitoring, and implementing corporate initiatives. * Timeframe, scope, KPI, and stakeholder management. * Training and development experience is considered a strong advantage, integrated with comprehensive project management, process development, and operational performance sustainability. * Advanced English and Spanish. **Additional Information** * Employment type: CLT * Working hours: 40 hours per week; * Work model: Hybrid (up to 3 days per week at the office) – São Caetano do Sul / SP; **What We Offer?** * Fixed remuneration; * Benefits: Health insurance, Dental insurance, Life insurance, Flexible meal/food allowance, TotalPass, and partnerships with educational institutions.
