To achieve this, we need a **Procurement Intern**, to collaborate within the Procurement Department, performing the following responsibilities: * Completing spreadsheets; * Assisting in the purchase order issuance process; * Supporting monitoring and adherence to delivery deadlines and product quality, maintaining effective communication with suppliers; * Assisting in inventory management; * Maintaining organized records of all procurement-related documents; * Keeping the management system information up to date; **Requirements for this position:** * Currently enrolled in Administration or related fields; * Organized profile, logical reasoning ability, and attention to detail; * Proficiency in Google Sheets; * Basic knowledge of procurement/negotiation; * Strong mathematical skills; * Discipline for remote work; * Good communication skills; **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 16:00, with a 01:00 lunch break. **(Hybrid work model, with biweekly in-person meetings—one held at a coworking space in the Aclimação neighborhood/SP and the other at the factory in Suzano/SP)** **Benefits of joining the NEON team:** * Hybrid work arrangement * Transportation allowance * Learning platform offering courses on diverse topics * Total Pass * Life insurance Join NEON—the vital chemical element for your success!
