**Job Description**
MSX is seeking professionals with degrees in Engineering, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields. Are you interested in joining an innovative, results-oriented team? This may be your opportunity. In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Directly leading Supervisors, ensuring proper deployment of strategic guidelines to operators.
* Serving as a technical and management reference in **Financial Services** for Supervisors and operational teams.
* Structuring, maintaining, and evolving the Financial Services operational model under a BPO arrangement.
* Ensuring consistent application of the model across all regional offices and points of sale.
* Identifying, analyzing, and correcting deviations in model implementation in a structured, preventive, and sustainable manner.
* Planning and conducting **QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews)** with senior management.
* Presenting an executive-level view of operations focused on performance, efficiency, risks, deviations, and strategic recommendations.
* Applying methodologies such as RACI (clarifying roles between MSX and the client), exception-based management, and structured problem resolution (root cause analysis, countermeasure definition, and follow-up).
* Ensuring Supervisors apply methodological discipline in daily operational management.
* Acting preventively to mitigate operational, contractual, and efficiency-loss risks.
* Proposing structural adjustments whenever necessary to maintain alignment with the client.
* Developing business plans and market assignments to support the client and project.
* Supporting future strategic planning, contributing to the project’s direction and evolution.
* Conducting annual performance evaluations and developing individual development plans and continuous performance improvement initiatives.
**Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
* Prior experience in supervision, coordination, or project management in the automotive industry.
* Knowledge of **operations management, governance, and management methodologies**.
* Proficiency in **BPO models** and management of outsourced services.
* Knowledge of **automotive Financial Services**, including processes, KPIs, and business governance.
* Experience in executive governance and conducting QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) with clients.
* Postgraduate degree in financial projects;
* Advanced Microsoft Office and familiarity with the Monday platform;
* Advanced English and basic Spanish;

* Working hours: 40 hours per week;
* Work model: Hybrid (up to 3 days per week at the office) – São Caetano do Sul / SP;
