Develop policies, standards, and procedures for Recruitment & Selection, personnel administration, Training & Development, compensation, positions and salaries, and other HR-related activities. This role is based in Santos / SP. Previous roles such as Human Resources Coordinator, Human Resources Director, Talent Manager, or Human Development Manager may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
