Will manage store employees, including hiring, termination, performance evaluation, alignment, and assignment of duties and responsibilities. Will be responsible for maintaining the store's overall culture and ensuring that employees also represent and embrace this culture and the store's objectives. Will oversee the store's organizational and operational standards as well as implement marketing, advertising, and goals set by senior management. Will regularly review the store's daily, weekly, and quarterly financial data to ensure the store and its employees meet their respective targets. **Professional Experience:** Excellent communication skills. People skills, along with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Ability to work under pressure and "think quickly." Ability to read and understand sales data.
