Responsibilities ; Develop and deliver training on new equipment for technical and operational teams; Good communication with operators, technicians, and managers. Support the development of continuous improvement plans. Support performance indicators (KPIs). Contribute to the implementation of optimization projects. Prepare technical reports and presentations. Requirements ; Reside in Jacareí or São José dos Campos Currently enrolled in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Electroelectronics Engineering or related fields (graduation after December/2027) Intermediate English Knowledge of CAD 2D software (AutoCAD/DraftSight/GstarCAD); Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite Skills ; Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Proactivity and organization. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (desirable).
