If you identify with our values, share our culture, and meet the requirements and qualifications listed below, we would be delighted to receive your application for the **Nutrition Internship** position. \#vemsergrob **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor the restaurant’s daily operations (food preparation, distribution, and cleaning); * Verify strict adherence to contractual terms; * Apply quality and hygiene checklists; * Inspect kitchen organization and cleanliness; * Record and report non-conformities to the manager; * Support employee complaint management; * Assist in data collection (food waste, meal acceptance rates); * Suggest improvements to quality and productivity in restaurant operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Nutrition program (from the 4th semester onward); * Knowledge of best practices in kitchen operations; * Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene; * Fundamental knowledge of menus, storage, and shelf life; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Strong communication skills.
