




Job Summary: A professional responsible for shipment follow-up, document management, customs clearance support, communication, and cost control in international trade. Key Highlights: 1. Communication with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders Responsibilities and Duties **Process Monitoring:** Perform follow\-up of air, sea, and road shipments from origin pickup to final destination delivery. **Document Management:** Verify, analyze, and prepare required documentation for import processes (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, etc.). **Customs Clearance:** Provide support in preparing and registering Import Declarations (DI/DUIMP) and Import Licenses (LI/LPCO) in Siscomex/Pucomex. **Communication:** Maintain constant contact with customers, overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to align and resolve pending issues. **Cost Control:** Assist in controlling process costs—including freight, warehousing, taxes, and fees—and support foreign exchange settlement. **Systems:** Update internal tracking spreadsheets and systems with current information on process status. **Regulations:** Stay updated on international trade laws and regulations to ensure operational compliance. ;
