You will be a key player in our international operations, directly handling: Executing import and export operational processes—including order control, shipments, and deadlines—in coordination with suppliers and customs brokers. Analyzing foreign trade documents by verifying invoices and packing lists. Monitoring customs clearance through interaction with customs brokers and freight forwarders. Controlling operational costs by tracking import and export expenses. Updating departmental systems and spreadsheets by recording process-related information. Supporting negotiations with international suppliers through documentation and logistics assistance. Monitoring delivery deadlines via continuous shipment tracking. Supporting audits and inspections by organizing documents and reports. Assisting in contracting logistics services through quotations with freight forwarders and transport companies. **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in: Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, International Relations, or related fields. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in foreign trade routines. Knowledge of import and export processes. Customs documentation. Import cost calculation. Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel).
