**Position: Building Maintenance Officer** **Location:** South Zone of São Paulo **Sector:** Bus Charter Company **Job Description:** We are looking for a **hands-on professional** with practical experience in general building maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for performing electrical, hydraulic, and masonry services, ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of the company's facilities. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in electrical, hydraulic, and civil areas; * Carry out repairs on installations, structures, and equipment; * Execute minor painting tasks, replace light bulbs, and perform general repairs and adjustments; * Supervise service providers when necessary; * Follow safety regulations and good maintenance practices. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in **generalist building maintenance**; * Practical knowledge in **electrical, hydraulic, and masonry work**; * **NR-10 and NR-35 certifications mandatory**; * Proactive, responsible profile with a willingness to get hands dirty.
