Job Summary: Dedal Armarinhos is seeking a sales associate to delight customers, exceed sales targets, and ensure exceptional service, while also performing operational store tasks. The primary objectives are to delight our customers, exceed sales targets, and guarantee exceptional service. Additionally, the sales associate will be responsible for restocking items, adjusting store layout per leadership instructions, inventory control, product portioning, price labeling, and store cleaning. **About Us** Dedal Armarinhos is a retail company offering a wide variety of crafting, sewing, fabric, and notions products. Whether you’re a professional artisan or a hobbyist, everything you need can be found at Dedal Armarinhos stores. **Required Qualifications and Skills** * **Effective communication:** Ability to build connections with team members and customers, understand needs, and express ideas clearly. * **Product knowledge:** Interest in learning about craft supplies—including their features, applications, and benefits—to convey this information persuasively to customers. * **Organization and attention to detail:** Ability to manage time and resources efficiently, plan activities, set priorities, and track sales goals. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Learn about products—including their features, applications, and benefits. * Manage time and resources efficiently, planning activities and setting priorities with your leader. * Restock products in appropriate store locations, maintaining required standards and attention to detail. * Handle, portion, divide, label, and store products as needed. * Participate in inventory control using the company’s system to maintain reliable stock tracking. * Receive products delivered by suppliers according to procedure. * Maintain store cleanliness in collaboration with the entire team. **Benefits** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Conexa Saúde (integrated care platform) **Additional Information** * Employment under CLT regime; * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM; * This position is onsite.
