Job Summary: A sewing workshop is seeking a Sewing Operator to sew and assemble garment pieces, perform adjustments, repairs, and finishing—ensuring quality and standardization—while also organizing the workplace and operating sewing equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate industrial or manual sewing machines to sew and assemble garment pieces. 2. Perform adjustments, repairs, and finishing on garment pieces to ensure quality. 3. Organize the workplace and operate sewing equipment. The sewing workshop seeks a Sewing Operator in São Caetano do Sul (Espaço Cerâmica). **Responsibilities:** Sew and assemble garment pieces using industrial or manual sewing machines according to specified models and standards. Perform adjustments, repairs, and finishing on garment pieces to ensure quality and standardization throughout the sewing process. Organize the workplace, operate sewing equipment, and assist in controlling materials used in production. Previous experience as a Tailor, Seamstress, Fashion Designer, or Couturier may indicate suitability for some of the tasks associated with this position. High school diploma required.
