Itajubá, 241 \- Vila Alice, Santo André \- SP, 09041\-140 **Job Description:** We are looking for an experienced and qualified sewing machine operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate must have solid hands-on experience operating banding machines, overlock machines, and straight-stitch machines, as well as advanced technical sewing skills. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work with precision and efficiency in a dynamic production environment. **Responsibilities:** * Perform garment sewing using banding, overlock, and straight-stitch machines according to technical specifications and established quality standards. * Carry out finishing, adjustments, and repairs on garments, following production standards and requirements. * Inspect sewn garments for quality, correcting defects and making necessary adjustments. * Maintain sewing machines in good working condition by performing routine cleaning and basic maintenance. * Follow company-established safety procedures and operational guidelines. * Collaborate effectively with the production team to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained. * Organize and maintain a clean and orderly workplace. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a sewing machine operator, with practical knowledge of banding machines, overlock machines, or straight-stitch machines. * Ability to perform complex stitching and finishing on various fabrics. * Attention to detail and capacity to work with precision. * Good motor coordination and manual dexterity. * Availability to work outside regular hours, including occasional overtime and rotating shifts, as required by business demand. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:18 PM\. **We Offer:** * Benefits: Transportation allowance, food basket, group life insurance. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. **How to Apply:** Interested candidates should send their updated resume to vestdance@gmail.com with the subject line “Application for Sewing Machine Operator”. **Start Date:** Immediate Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: R$2\.010,00 \- R$2\.250,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Sewing (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
