Join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise processes and demands related to activities performed by the unit's logistics administration team, as well as provide support and guidance to drivers; * Supervise the reconciliation of drivers' expense reports;\- * Prepare and submit MEFs (Economic-Financial Model), calculating and entering information into the commercial statement for tenders where the logistics department contributes freight-related data; * Monitor and control unit fleet billing; * Monitor fleet scheduling, supervising operations to ensure optimal freight allocation and fleet optimization; * Supervise preventive maintenance scheduling for fleets, smoke tests, and tachograph checks; * Control and submit the Dangerous Goods Control Map to the Federal and Civil Police; * Perform other related duties as required by your immediate manager; * Report to your immediate manager whenever irregularities or process improvement opportunities are observed. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields; * Experience: Minimum 6 months’ experience in the field or in entry-level positions preferred; * Essential Knowledge: Fleet documentation management; Microsoft Office suite; Logistics administration routines; ERP system; Logistics KPIs; Customer service: After-sales support; Inventory control; Control tower knowledge; * Desirable: Familiarity with Autotrac and Protheus systems; Ongoing postgraduate studies in fields related to the role’s responsibilities; Budget and cost control; * Competencies: Responsibility; Organization; Proactivity; Sense of urgency; Leadership; People management; Communication; Negotiation; Conflict mediation; Planning; * Values: Ethics, confidentiality, and commitment; * External Contacts: Service providers and suppliers, regulatory agencies, auditors **Additional Information** * Reside in Suzano city or the Alto Tietê region; Availability to work 100% on-site from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. * The BAUMINAS Group comprises four companies operating integrally in the Environmental Sanitation industry: BAUMINAS Águas, BAUMINAS Mineração, BAUMINAS Log, and BAUMINAS Hidroazul.
