Responsibilities * Lead the infrastructure team, ensuring productivity, organization, and alignment with company objectives; * Plan, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions (AWS) with a focus on scalability, high availability, and cost efficiency; * Support DevOps practices adoption, promoting automation, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), and system monitoring; * Administer and optimize relational and non-relational databases, ensuring security and performance; * Implement information security policies compliant with standards and best practices (ISO 27001, OWASP, DevSecOps); * Serve as a technical reference for communication, organization, and support for the team and other company departments. Requirements * Proven experience leading infrastructure and/or DevOps teams; * Proficiency in AWS services including: EC2, ECS (Fargate), S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda, CloudWatch, and CloudFront; * Proficiency with automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools: CloudFormation, Kubernetes, Docker, Grafana, Prometheus; * Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB or similar); * Knowledge of multicloud environments (Azure, GCP or others); * Experience with FinOps for cloud cost optimization; * Hands-on experience in information security and access management; * Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications * AWS, DevOps, FinOps, or Information Security certifications; * Experience in high-availability and mission-critical environments; * Experience in fintechs or financial sector companies.
