Participation in implementation and migration projects A technology solutions company is seeking a Technical Support Analyst in Santos (Vila Matias). **Responsibilities:** Level 1 (L1) end-user support (remote and on-site). Preparation of technical reports detailing root causes, resolutions, and improvements. Monitoring of IT environments using Zabbix and Grafana. Participation in server, system, and email implementation and migration projects. Workstation formatting, migration, and configuration. Printer installation and sharing. Routers, MikroTik devices, and Wi-Fi equipment. Network and infrastructure troubleshooting and resolution. Incident analysis and response with effective solutions. Knowledge of backup routines. Tasks relevant to the Technical Support Analyst role. On-site work in Santos / SP. Previous experience as a Technical Support Specialist, Help Desk Analyst, Technical Support Technician, or Customer Service Analyst may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
