Equipment park management and monitoring A software company is seeking an IT Business Analyst in São Bernardo do Campo. Triggolabs is a company focused on innovative technology solutions. It develops products and services aimed at optimizing processes and increasing enterprise efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Providing technical support to users (hardware, software, networks, and printers). Attending to and interacting with clinical departments (physicians, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams). Conducting requirements elicitation and writing user stories (PBIs). Managing and monitoring the equipment park (inventory, replacements, and upgrades). Conducting periodic visits to facilities. Previous experience as an IT Technology Consultant, Information Systems Analyst, Business Analysis Specialist, or IT Solutions Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
