Accounting Analyst São Caetano do Sul – SP (On-site) Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48 Responsibilities: * Perform the **classification, analysis, and verification of balance sheet and income statement accounts**; * Record accounting entries in the **ERP system**, across modules including **accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and banking**; * Carry out **daily and monthly financial reconciliations**, ensuring balance consistency; * Perform **corporate card reconciliations**; * Execute **payroll integration and reconciliation**, as well as labor provisions; * Support **external audits**, organizing and providing required documents and information; * **Analyze and automate spreadsheets**, contributing to control efficiency; * Adhere to **schedules and checklists**, ensuring delivery quality; * Stay updated on **accounting standards (IFRS and CPCs)** and industry best practices. Requirements: * Experience in **accounting routines**, with hands-on ERP experience. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills * Knowledge of **tax withholding on services received**; Preferred Qualifications: * Familiarity with Datasul and TOTVS RM BackOffice systems. * Experience in the education sector. * Experience in system migration projects.
