All this, combined with commitment and responsibility, distinguishes Jeronimo da Veiga in its field of operation. **Responsibilities:** * Monitoring utility company processes; * Monitoring required licenses and renewals; * Execution of sales booths and decorated model apartments; * Scope development and hiring of design professionals; * Development and approval of concept and preliminary studies; * Monitoring and approval of legal, fire protection, and executive projects across all disciplines; * Land legalization; * Obtaining a duly registered property deed; * Monitoring municipal and environmental agency processes; * Obtaining required licenses and permits. **Requirements:** * Degree in Engineering or Architecture; * Prior experience in legal approvals, land subdivisions, bidding, tendering, total cost control, process management, and incorporation planning is desirable; * Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday \- 08:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Friday \- 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM\. Location: Poá \- São Paulo.
