Respond to complex incidents and remove heavy vehicles We are seeking a proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented professional to perform Traffic Inspection and operate the crane within our operational team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring highway safety and traffic flow through preventive inspections, rapid incident response, and efficient vehicle removal—always focused on service excellence and user care. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct operational inspections along the highway section and monitor traffic conditions in support of the Operational Control Center (OCC). * Respond to complex incidents, including multi-vehicle accidents, rollovers, cargo spills, and partial or total lane closures. * Drive and operate heavy operational vehicles—including heavy-duty cranes and other large-scale removal equipment—as permitted by license and technical procedures. * Remove heavy vehicles and cargo from the travel lane, restoring traffic safety and flow. * Serve as the field operational reference until supervision arrives, organizing team and resource positioning. * Provide technical guidance and support to Roadway Operators I and II during responses and special operations. * Deploy emergency signage and isolate the area during high-impact incidents. * Coordinate with external teams—including highway police, fire department, civil defense, and other supporting agencies—as per established procedures. * Support road cleaning, debris removal, and road normalization following incidents. * Notify the Operational Control Center (OCC) and report detailed incident information to support decision-making. * Record incident details, responses, and inspections in operational systems and forms. * Support practical operational training and onboarding of new operators when requested. * Maintain the condition, cleanliness, and functionality of vehicles, equipment, and operational materials under their responsibility. * Comply with occupational safety regulations, proper use of PPE, and operational procedures.
