Job Summary: We are seeking a Bar Manager & Host to lead bar operations and elevate hospitality in the dining room, combining creativity in mixology with direct, personalized guest service. This is a project uniting gastronomic excellence, innovation, and harmonization with fine wines. We seek a **Bar Manager \& Host** to lead bar operations and elevate hospitality in the dining room. This professional serves as the vital link between creative mixology and direct, warm guest interaction—ensuring technical excellence in drinks and an impeccable experience from bar counter to table.
