Optimization of operational workflows using artificial intelligence An Information Technology Services company is seeking an Automation and DevOps Specialist in Rio Grande da Serra. Tiviati is a company specialized in technology and innovation solutions. We offer services ranging from software development to digital transformation consulting. **Responsibilities:** Monitor and analyze metrics, logs, and service behavior on Azure, adjusting capacity and performance according to environment requirements. Develop and maintain scalable and secure APIs published in cloud environments, ensuring availability and reliability. Design technical automation solutions using RPA, scripts, and integrations connected to corporate and legacy systems. Use GitHub Copilot to accelerate script, pipeline, automation, and API development while maintaining coding best practices. Create, integrate, and maintain artificial intelligence agents based on Model Context Protocol to optimize operational workflows. Serve as a technical reference for the team, supporting troubleshooting analysis, solution standardization, and dissemination of best practices. Evaluate processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, standardization, and reduction of rework. Participate in technical planning, scope tracking, deadlines, and budget management for projects under responsibility.
